What the service is

Instante is a disposable camera for events: you share a link, your guests shoot from their browser and every photo gets revealed together. It also offers an optional social layer for meeting people at the same event. By using it, you accept these terms.

Your account

To create events you need an account, and you're responsible for whatever happens from it. Guests can take part through the link without creating an account. We ask that you don't share your access with third parties.

Acceptable use

Instante is for rounding up the memories of your party. It can't be used to:

• Upload illegal, violent or hateful content, or content that violates someone else's privacy.
• Upload photos of minors without consent from whoever is entitled to give it.
• Harass, impersonate or bother other participants.
• Try to break, overload or compromise the service.

Every event sets a minimum age to take part and comes with reporting and blocking tools. The host moderates their event, and we can take down content or accounts that break these rules.

Guest content

Photos are uploaded by guests and belong to whoever took them. By uploading them, they give permission to show them inside the event under the privacy setting the host chose. If someone wants a photo of themselves taken down, they can ask and it comes down.

Plans and payments

Some plans are paid and get charged once, when you create the event, through MercadoPago, in pesos. There's no subscription and no automatic renewal. Your photo and guest limits depend on the plan you pick. If you need a refund, write to us before the event has started and we'll look at it case by case.

The service is offered as is

We do our best to keep everything working, but the service is offered as is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We're not liable for losses caused by outages, third party failures or the content participants upload.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page. They're governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. If you have a question, write to us through the contact channels on the site.
